After a comprehensive process, the Board of Directors at TVCC  is pleased to announce that Paul Howarth is the successful candidate for the CEO role at TVCC. 

Paul is an accomplished senior executive in the health services industry who focuses on creating and delivering the best possible client care. He has extensive strategic leadership, corporate planning and operations experience in progressive leadership roles and has cultivated a successful ability to navigate through times of change; he looks forward to leading TVCC’s continued focus on client service as the province continues to innovate in its approaches to the delivery of community-based health care in child development and rehabilitation. Paul is a leader who cultivates strong relationships and has a passion to create a culture that provides exceptional client care and leverages collaborative partnerships to support clinical programs and close service gaps.

Paul has worked in the healthcare sector for over 30 years holding positions at London Health Sciences Centre, Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll and has served the most recent five years as Executive Director of Merrymount Family Support and Crisis Centre (a non-profit, fully accredited Children’s Mental Health agency in London, Ontario).

Paul received his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from McMaster University. He has volunteered at various organizations throughout London, Ontario and is passionate about service to the community.

Paul will be joining us on the week of August 28th.
