We are excited to share that TVCC has been awarded Accreditation with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada. This designation is the highest available through their national accreditation program.

TVCC achieved 100% of Required Organizational Practices, which include key areas of practice that must be maintained to ensure patient safety and reduce risk.

Overall TVCC met 99.3% of standards (450/453 standards) that demonstrate high-quality care, including high-priority areas such as safety, ethics, risk management, and quality improvement.

This achievement and the recognition from Accreditation Canada are credited to the hard work and dedication of TVCC staff who provide excellent, safe and client and family centred services.
