When you attend your appointments in the Seating and Mobility Department, please anticipate being here for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

If you would like your child's therapist to attend the appointment, please make those arrangements. If the therapist is unable to attend, but has some comments, please have them complete a Clinic Feedback form, or contact us at 519.685.8700 ext 53395.

In order to make your child and yourself more comfortable, and to pass the time more easily, we would like to make a few suggestions:

Please bring along:

• Extra diapers
• Bottle
• Baby food
• Snacks (please do not bring nut products)
• Juice box (we do have vending machines, but they contain mostly sweet snacks and pop)
• Bring your child's favourite book, toy or ipod / mp3 player
• If possible, it is suggested you make arrangements for a caregiver for siblings as it can be difficult for discussions to take place if the atmosphere is too busy.
