What to Expect
The objectives of this workshop are to learn how to register for high school, access supports, and learn general information about high school for children with disabilites.
You will learn about the different educational pathways in highschool, special education programs, and have a chance to get answers about any of your questions or concerns. This workshop will set both you and your youth up for a successful transition to high school!
Parents/caregivers will hear from Parent Mentors from TVCC and Special Education staff from the Thames Valley District School Board and London Catholic District School Board.
Note: This is a workshop designed for Parents/ Caregivers only, a workshop designed for youth and parent participation will be offered in March 2025.
