Ontario recognizes that children and youth are individuals with rights and voices that must be heard. The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) has provided The Rights Resource, an online child and youth Rights resource. This is part of the Ontario strategy to redesign the Child Welfare System.
