Registration opens February 3, 2025.
To access inclusion support: Complete the All Kids in Camp form prior to registration (before February 3) and send it to the Inclusion Coordinator (inclusion [at] bgclondon.ca (subject: Inclusion%20Program%20for%20Summer%20Camps) (inclusion[at]bgclondon[dot]ca)).
Subsidy is available. If you are receiving a subsidy, you must be pre-approved for camp by your case worker. A $25 non-refundable registration deposit applies per camper (for city subsidy/Ontario Works clients). If you are receiving subsidy, you must contact us to receive the registration form AND make sure you have profiles on RecDesk with membership(s) for each of your child(ren)/youth registering for camp.
Apply for subsidy. If you are NOT receiving subsidy from the City of London, you can apply here. If you are applying for subsidy as a resident in Middlesex County, please visit their website here.
Ages: BGC offers camps for children aged 4-15 years.

London Children's Museum Information
Registration opens February 12, 2025 at 10:00am.
Ages: Children’s Museum offers camps for children aged 4-9 years.
Additional Support: If your child receives support in school, please contact Felicidy Cabral before registering for day camp. They would like to learn more about your child's needs and preferences in order to provide them with the best day camp experience possible. The Children’s Museum is unable to offer 1:1 support.

Community Living London Information
Summer Leisure Program: Community Living London’s Summer Leisure Program is a specialized day camp for children and youth with developmental disabilities. It offers a day camp experience for children and teens who cannot attend a traditional summer day camp due to enhanced support needs. Partner with Community Care Support Services to provide nursing supports for campers who receive these supports during the school year.
Dedicated, highly skilled staff teams provide a 1 staff to 2 camper ratios in accessible environments.
Programming will run for the first six weeks of the summer. There will be three sessions (each session is two weeks in length).
Registration: Details about registration have not yet been determined. Families are encouraged to keep an eye out on the website for further details coming soon.
Ages: This program is available for children/youth ages 7-13 and 14-20 (who are attending school in Fall 2025).

Financial Assistance: Financial assistance is available. The level of assistance is based upon need and differs for each family.
