(Virtual, $200.00, Weds, Feb 12-Mar 5) In each session, you’ll connect with other parents about your journey and gain insights into children’s development. Then, you will meet individually with a Graduate Student Clinician to create an action plan that addresses your child’s overall development, in addition to symptoms of Autism.

Fit & Fun (5-9 yrs & 10 yrs+)

(In-person, Mons; Mar 3-30, 2025) TVCC clients, who use mobility aids and/or have unique physical needs can join us for this collaborative program with the Adapted Fitness Centre at TVCC. This program will focus on healthy, active living opportunities for children and youth. Clients will participate weekly in a variety of adapted physical fitness activities that focus on physical health without accessibility barriers.

What is Going On? An Introduction to Puberty

(Virtual, Mar 4) This presentation will teach you how to use behavioural strategies to prepare for, and minimize, the challenges associated with puberty for teens with autism.

Jumping Jellyfish (2-5 yrs)

(in-person, Mar 4-12) Children will explore readiness and basic swim skills including group songs, safe participation, pool entry/exits, floatation and specialized equipment.

Night in the Starts! With Cronyn Observatory at Western University

(Mar 8) Families will be able to take a tour of the observatory, participate in demonstrations and activities, and ask their burning questions to real scientific experts.

(In-person, Mar 11) TVCC Youth with disabilities, and a sibling/friend, 12 yrs +, who reside within Elgin/Middlesex, Huron/Perth, Grey/Bruce & Oxford County are invited to join the Horizons and Wellness Project teams to prepare and share a meal together.

Creative Connections - Plants and Paper: A Nature Focused Crafting Day (12 yrs +)
