March 4th, 2025- Navigating the Transition to Adult Services
• Developmental Services Ontario / Ontario Disability Support Program
• Caregivers will speak about how to prepare for the transition in services and supports for youth with a Developmental Disability
April 8, 2025: What’s After High School?
• Local agencies come to speak about programs they offer for youth over the age of 18yrs
• Youth and Caregivers are welcome to attend to hear and ask questions of the presenters
May 13th, 2025- Transition Planning and Building Effective Teams Around
Your Child Throughout Their School Years
This is a partnership presentation with Community Services Coordination Network, Children's Hospital at LHSC, Community Living London, London District School Board, Thames Valley District School Board and TVCC.
