For TVCC youth with disabilities and their siblings, 12 yrs +, who can stay with the group.
What to Expect
Join The Wellness Project for an afternoon of bowling and ice cream fun!
We'll be bowling for an hour, followed by a stop for ice cream at Dairy Queen (attached to Fleetway).
Come have some fun with friends, while getting some low-impact physical activity.
This group is open to all abilities - Fleetway has bowling ramps and bumpers for those who need them.
Clients who need additional support are welcome to bring a support person.
Through this program, youth will:
-Practice social skills through turn taking, group activity, and peer connection
-Boost their self-confidence
-Participate in physical activity through bowling
Participant Criteria:
- TVCC clients and their siblings ages 12+
- Able to participate in group activities with minimal support; participants are welcome to have a support person present to assist them
- Able to stay with the group

Date: Friday August 9, 2024
Time: 2:00 - 3:45 p.m.
Location: Fleetway Bowling, 720 Proudfoot Lane, London, ON, N6H 5G5
Cost: There is no registration fee for this program; however, each participant is expected to bring money with them to cover the following:
- $7 per person for bowling
- $10 or less for a ice cream treat of their choice at Dairy Queen
- Any other spending money for arcade or other.
