What to Expect
Join the Horizons youth team for this hybrid online and in-person social group for girls and gender-non-conforming youth (12+) with ASD and/or difficulties with socialising, who are interested in visual storytelling.
The focus of the group will be on planning, making and talking about individual and/or collaborative visual storytelling projects based on participants’ interests. A possible collaborative project could be to produce a video/short film around the theme of what it’s like to be a girl/gender-non-conforming youth on the spectrum.

In this program youth will:
- Interact with other TVCC clients like them
- Participate in self-expression activities to develop self-awareness
- Learn different visual storytelling techniques (e.g. video, photography, writing scripts/narration)
