Transition Planning for Youth with Special Needs and Their Families Through Secondary School and Beyond
TVDSB, LDCSB and TVCC are hosting an information fair with representation from both school boards and multiple community partners.
The focus of the event is supporting students with special needs through secondary transitions to a variety of
post-secondary pathways including school to work, college, university or community.
Youth and Families will receive information about supports and services they can access in pursuit of their dreams & goals.
