For TVCC Youth with disabilities who are 12 yrs + and who reside within Elgin/Middlesex, Huron/Perth, Grey/Bruce & Oxford County.
What to Expect
Are you a teen (12+) who enjoys getting mail?
Looking to make new friends and connect with other teens? Join the Horizons' Mail Club!
Answer a few questions when you register and we will match you up with other TVCC youth who have similar interests.
Horizons will match potential Pen Pals by interests, abilities, and type of mail (letters, art work, paper crafts, stickers). The matches will be completed based on the answers listed in Eventbrite.
This program will assist Horizons participants with finding other youth who have similar likes, dislikes, and hobbies. It could potentially create new friendships, reduce loneliness, add new recreational skills, and allow teens to meet new peers in a safe way.
All Pen Pals must be TVCC clients and will be screened before being matched.

Register: online at https://MCHPenPals.eventbrite.ca by November 11, 2024. Matching of pen pals will be done by TVCC Horizon staff before the start of the program.
