For all teens with ASD, 14-17 yrs, currently living in Ontario.

What to Expect

Virtual Group Behavioural Treatment

Are you ready to level up your home alone skills? Join us for the "Safe and Sound: Home Alone Skills" group, created just for teens like you (ages 14-17) with ASD!

Over four fun and interactive sessions, you’ll learn how to feel confident and safe while home alone. We’ll dive into cool topics like safety rules, time management, and how to handle emergencies. Plus, we’ll talk about emotional preparedness and how to deal with different situations you might face at home.

Get ready for engaging discussions, role-playing activities, and hands-on projects that will boost your independence and problem-solving skills. This is your chance to gain some awesome tools for staying safe and sound at home! We can’t wait to see you there!

Participants who will thrive in this environment can answer simple "WH" questions (who/what/where/when/why) briefly, retell stories in their own words, and practice conversations with prompts from adults or peers.

This virtual group is open to all children and youth with autism, province wide.
